Our Process
Our undercoating can be applied before or during winter to give your vehicle the best protection against Canada’s salted roads. For best results, your vehicle should have its undercarriage washed in an automatic car wash before your appointment date. During heavy snow days, our team will offer a complementary undercarriage and door jamb power wash before applying your coating. For new vehicles, we suggest that you drop off your vehicle immediately for best results, even during the winter months as this will cause the most damage long term. For older vehicles, you can still slow down existing corrosion with our spray! Our process utilizes a Wax Oil Treatment of the areas below. A lanolin-based spray will penetrate harder to reach areas better and more importantly it is safe and non conductive. It will not damage electrical or rubber components.
Panel Refinishing / Frame Restoration
We can paint and repair any objects or body panels that do not have severe rust, dents or holes. Please reach out to us for a quote.
We can also restore frames if you would like to have it sanded and painted prior to undercoating. This process involves cleaning and painting your trucks frame and axles for a factory showroom finish. After cleaning and prep, we will refinish the frame using an oil-based black paint available in a matte or glossy finish. We can only perform this process on surface rusted frames. We do not recommend this service for frames that are rotting or have holes. We reserve the right to refuse this service due to severity of the corrosion damage. The frame refinishing process starts from $750.
